Limited Lifetime Warranty
Fusion Motorsports USA LLC warrants to the original end user customer that its products are free from defects in material and workmanship. Fusion Motorsports USA LLC warrants to the original end user of its products that all products damaged during the manufacturing process will be replaced. Fusion Motorsports USA LLC will, at its option, either repair or replace any part of its products that prove defective by reason of improper workmanship or materials. Replacement products will be provided by Fusion Motorsports USA LLC on an exchange basis, and will be either new or refurbished to be functionally equivalent to new. If Fusion Motorsports USA LLC is unable to repair or replace the product, Fusion Motorsports USA LLC will refund the current value of the product at the time the warranty claim is made. This limited lifetime warranty does not cover any damage to any product that results from improper installation, abuse, misuse, natural disaster, abnormal, mechanical or environmental conditions, repair, or modification. This limited lifetime warranty does not apply to damage from improper installation of products that result in occurrences such as but are not limited to; scratches; peeling, cracking, or bubbling of products. This limited lifetime warranty does not apply to any products on which the original identification information has been altered, obliterated or removed, has not been handled or removed from packaging properly, has been sold as second-hand or has been resold contrary to applicable law. This limited lifetime warranty covers only repair, replacement or refund for defective products. Fusion Motorsports USA LLC is not liable for, and does not cover under warranty, any costs or damages associated with removing or installing Fusion Motorsports' USA LLC products. Fusion Motorsports USA LLC reserves the right to void this warranty if any suspicion of foul play, misuse, or any discrepancies about how the product was damaged arises. Fusion Motorsports USA LLC reserves the right to change the terms of the limited lifetime warranty at any time and without prior notice.
If a product arrives damaged or is lost during the shipping process, the purchaser must notify Fusion Motorsports USA LLC. within 48 hours of delivery if damage is found or after 2 weeks of non-delivery so that Fusion Motorsports USA LLC. is within the requirements with ShipSurance (Subsidiary of Assurant Inc.) to file a shipping insurance claim. In accordance with ShipSurance policies, the damage product will not be sent back to Fusion Motorsports USA LLC. until ShipSurance has completed their investigations. Once a damage/lost page claim is initiated, both Fusion Motorsports USA LLC. and the recipient must abide by all of ShipSurance policies found here. Fusion Motorsports USA LLC. will provide a refund or replacement if the damaged/lost package claim is approved by ShipSurance and only AFTER the investigation by the ShipSurance has been concluded. If the claim is denied by ShipSurance, Fusion Motorsports USA LLC. reserves the right to deny the recipient a refund or replacement. We ship items in a giant foam brick in a box.
Installation instructions provided in the video located in the link here should be followed precisely. We recommend NOT USING a sharp object to open product package, as this may lead to scratching the product(s) contained.
